Each item is made to order. Production usually takes 3-7 business days before shipping. After production, US delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Tracking is sent when your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on US orders over $75.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email admin@shoptailandtonic.com within 14 days with your order number and clear photos. We reply within 1-2 business days and will arrange a reprint or refund.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size. Please review product details and sizing before ordering.
