Returns and replacements

Each Tail & Tonic item is made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size. Please review product details and sizing before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email admin@shoptailandtonic.com within 14 days with your order number and clear photos. We reply within 1-2 business days and will arrange a reprint or refund.
